The Company strives to protect the personal information of the users and commits itself to the confidentiality that the user shares on its website/platform, however, in case the company is compelled under the law prevailing in India or under any order from the court of law or under any other reasonable reason to disclose your information, then you hereby understand that the same has been done in good faith and undertake not to claim or object to such disclosure. The Bank details such as Bank Account Number, IFSC Code or other information related to the bank shared at the time of subscription/ creating the Account by the Service Provider and Business Associate is for the use of the company only in order to transfer their commissions and under no circumstances the company will share with the Third party any such information.

The Company may run a voting or polling survey on its website, social media site or third party website for which the users may share their opinion, view or comment with the third party and the company. However, the company will share the aggregate result only but if the user share its opinion, view of comments then it will be deemed to be consented by it to be published not only on the website of the company but on the third parties website also. In case the company shares/publishes participants/users photo/video on any social media platform just for the promotional purpose then it should not be objected by the participant/user.

The Company can conduct online survey and under the said circumstance the personal information may be used to analyse and share the results only.
